Availability

• More than 60 days prior to arrival date: Deposit payable.
• 45-60 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total payable.
• 45 days or less: 100% of total payable.

N.B. Villa Buddha Bay turns down a lot of enquiries du to existing bookings. If any booking cancels, the guests who have enquired before will often have found alternative accommodation. It is often possible to fill the cancelled weeks at short notice.

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we or terrorism (and threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serieus disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthequakes, or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of government or other national or local authority including port of river authorities, industrial dispute, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned’s control.
